A YouTube channel brought to you by Mike, showcasing
the beauties of Canada’s trails and camping sites!
Car camping and a love of nature was always present in my childhood but it wasn’t until 2019 that I discovered hiking and backpacking. I struggled to find something constructive to do during vacation rather than sit at home and after a few online searches, I came across The Bruce Trail – a 900 KM hiking trail follows the Niagara Escarpment from Queenston (Niagara Falls) to Tobermory, Ontario.
Needless to say, a new passion emerged.
This is by no means a complete list BUT we hope it inspires you to get outside, explore and take on some of the natural beauty our blue marble has to offer!
An adventurer’s dream that offers a challenging but rewarding premiere Ontario wilderness experience.
The Great Divide Trail traverses the continental divide between Alberta and British Columbia.
The Bruce Trail is a hiking trail in southern Ontario from the Niagara River to the tip of Tobermory.
I lost track and count of the number of hours that I have spent researching backpacking gear. Vendors, features… Unfortunately, everyone needs to do SOME research.
Not all gear I use will be best suited for everyone. I hope at least that the information we provide here will make your choices a little easier and more informed.
With tips I only learned through my own experience.
